Rotrac SA Company announces the completion of the Procedure for Consolidation of the Nominal Value of Shares. According to the Procedure, individual shareholders who have not exercised their option right or who have opted for the Compensation in minus may request payment of the compensation value from the Company within 3 years from the publication in the Official Gazette of the EGMS Decision no. 1013/08.10.2025. Additional details can be requested from the Company's secretariat.
